This gourmet feast begins with appetizers like Tomato Confit with Lemongrass and Asian Spicy Bouillabaisse served by waiters. Diners can then help themselves to fresh seafood, sushi, sashimi, and salads at the buffet table. At live cooking stations chefs prepare mouth-watering dishes like curry laksa noodles and teppanyaki beef. For main courses, diners can order anything from the entrée menu including tandoori salmon and tempura prawns. If that isn’t enough food, there’s also spectacular dessert spread with cakes, Vanilla Crème with Bird’s Nest, and frozen lollipops cooked a la minute.
Brunch at Ozone is available every Sunday from 12:00 – 3:00pm. The meal costs HKD888 (USD113) with free-flow of Veuve Clicquot Champagne and cocktails like Bloody Marys and martinis. For HKD1,888 (USD242) per person, guests can upgrade to free-flow of Vintage 2002 Dom Perignon Champagne and 10gm of Hybrid Caviar. A 10% service charge is additional.
